    Description:

    General maintenance of property, sheet rock repair and painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, troubleshooting of water heaters and appliances, responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials, knowledge of swimming pools.

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver license, reliable transportation, liability insurance on personal vehicle, ability to read and write English, professional and courteous attitude, neat and clean appearance, must be willing to work on Saturdays as needed, must be willing to be on call.

    Responsible for the make-readies of apartments. Must have basic knowledge of interior painting with roller & brush, sheetrock repair, general trim out and minor maintenance. SUMMER ONLY positions available.

    Ability to move about the apartment community both upstairs and ground level, valid driver license, reliable transportation , ability to read and write English, professional and courteous attitude, must be willing to work on Saturdays as needed.

    Description:

    We are looking for a Licensed Plumber to work in our apartment communities and rental properties. 


    Responsible for all phases of plumbing including but not limited to:

     Able to install and repair all types of faucets, able to climb a ladder to do repairs on two story buildings, use a jack hammer for extended periods of time, have general electrical knowledge, must be able to do all types of plumbing repair work (slab leaks, boiler replacements, tub replacements, etc.), able to lift heavy objects, be able to troubleshoot circulating systems on all types of water heaters, identify all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, sewer clean-outs and prepare maps indicating the same, assist in training new employees, be responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.

    Qualifications:

    Have a Master of Journeyman plumbing license, be certified in back flow prevention, able to operate a backhoe, valid driver license, clear driving record, must be willing to work on Saturdays as needed, must be willing to take after hour calls.
