Great house w/so many updates! Recent paint, outside shutters, new flooring & windows & new HVAC. All appliances will stay – washer & dryer, gas stove & refrigerator. This is an exceptionally clean & well cared for home. Front living room w/decorative fireplace would also make an excellent office or third bedroom.
